Policies, Reservations & Cancellations
Policies :
- The arrival is scheduled for 3h00pm and the departure is at 11h00am.
- A 5.00$ fee will be charged to your credit card for each key not remitted at departure.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms, suites or condos. However, an ashtray can be provided upon request so
that you can smoke outside.
- The fireplaces use only ecological logs, which you can by at the front desk.
- By respect for all guests, domestic animals are prohibited on the Motel site.
- Charges may be applied to your credit card should any damages to the property or furnishing happen. In that event,
you will be advised in writing.
Reservations & Cancellations :
- For a single night stay, the deposit on credit card is equal to the cancellation fee of 25$. The deposit is non-refundable.
- For stays of 2 to 7 nights, the deposit is equal to the first night of the stay including taxes. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days
and more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 25$ cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within
7 days of the arrival date, you will lose your deposit.
- For stays of 7 nights and more, the deposit is equal to 50% of the stay including taxes. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days
and more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 50$ cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within
7 days of the arrival date, you will lose your deposit.
